What would you do if you were the PM? All that power and all those problems.

A long time ago I opined on the idea that with great power comes great responsibility. Part of that responsibility is that we as commissioners will also be expected to deliver as providers. A key part of being a leader is to be trusted by those we lead. Many of us think that trust is something which has to be earned, takes time and either happens or not.
