In the week that sees the end of Osama, the Black Tower is
still struggling with ORSA.
No, ORSA is not Osama’s cousin but is actually the son of AQMAR, an assurance
tool designed to help the SHA accept that the PCTs are on target with
revalidation.
I had a pleasant two days at the National Conference of
Medical Directors last week. Very interesting time seeing the world being split
in two.
There are those who think they have a future beyond 2013 and
those who currently work in PCTs. Those who work in PCTs, like me, have roles
which from 1 January will include that of Responsible Officer.
