I’ve been reading this week. It’s a bit of a surprise given
how much else there is to do in the rapidly shrinking Black Tower
- but those nice people at GMC are looking for comments. They’ve released a
consultation draft document entitled Good Management Practice: Guidance
for all doctors.
I’m afraid this is a must-read. It’s not long but each page is weighted down by
words that will trap the unwary and punish anyone who tries to take the short
cut through employment law and governance.
