He’s looking tired isn’t he? I think everyone can agree that the NHS needs a reorganisation. More people go to hospital in the UK than any other country in Europe. We are spending as much as we should but not getting the outcomes.

Hopefully
by now most GPs will have received the letter from the BMA regarding the
2011/12 contract settlement.

The
Black Tower has spent a lot of time over the past few years trying to ensure
that practice performance is in line with the various contracts across the
piste.
